Welcome to the City of Madras Human Resources Department!

The Human Resources Director serves and supports City staff so they can serve the citizens of Madras. Functions include:

• Organizational recruitment and retention efforts
• Employee professional development
• Agency policies and procedures
• Employee performance evaluations and other performance-related topics
• Risk management, employee safety and workers' compensation claims
• Open Enrollment (annually in October)
• Safety Incentive Program
