Madras Municipal Airport - RFP Fuel Service Supplier

City of Madras- Request for Proposals Aviation Fuel Supplier.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Madras (“City”) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide aviation fuel and related products and services to City as operator of the Madras Municipal Airport.  

Interested parties may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) and all related documents (including any addenda) on City’ s website at https://www.ci.madras.or.us/.  Interested parties may receive a hardcopy of the RFP and all related documents at Madras City Hall, 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon 97741.

All proposals must comply with the requirements of the RFP.  Submitted proposals must be sealed in an opaque envelope or package and must be received by Public Works Director, Jeff Hurd by mail or hand delivery at 125 SW E Street, Madras, Oregon 97741 by 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 30, 2024. City will not consider any proposal received after the stated date and time.  Proposals must be clearly marked “PROPOSAL ENCLOSED: S33 FUEL SUPPLIER PROPOSAL.”

City reserves all rights with respect to the RFP including, without limitation, the rights to accept or reject all proposals, to waive or modify requirements of the RFP, or to negotiate with any party submitting a proposal.  

Proposers that are minority, woman-owned, or emerging small businesses are encouraged to participate in City solicitations.
