Special Event Permits

A Special Event Permit is required when any of the following exist:

• Admission fee
• More than 50 people
• Need water or electricity over 110 volts
• Booths, tents or stages occupying over 50 people
• Advertised to the public
• Sell alcohol or food
• Have fire, commercial propane or fireworks
• Rides or bouncy houses
• Run, walk or biking associated
• Require blocked streets or flaggers
• Rent equipment from the city
