City of Madras Council Goals

Each spring, the management team works with the City Council to adopt goals and objectives for the upcoming fiscal year. This plan is referred to as the City’s Annual Strategic Implementation Plan. This plan serves as the basis for the corresponding budget year. 

Below is both the current year’s Annual Strategic Implementation Plan, as well as previous years so one can better understand Council’s progression of goals and objectives from one year to the next.
