Downtown Revitalization Toolkit

In January 2019, the Madras Redevelopment Commission engaged Michele Reeves of Civilis Consultants to develop strategies to revitalize Downtown Madras, including business and property owner assistance programs. After several site visits - including a week where she stayed, worked, ate, and shopped downtown - numerous workshops, interviews, and conversations, Reeves returned to Madras to present the Downtown Revitalization Toolkit in early May 2019.
