Pre-Application Meeting
The Community Development Department offers pre-application meetings on the 1st. and 4th. Thursday of each month at 9:00 A.M. The purpose of the pre-application meeting is to have members of the Development Team conduct a preliminary review of the proposed development. Information provided by the Development Team regarding a proposed development is preliminary in nature and is not binding until such a time as a formal application has been submitted for review and the final review of the proposed development has been completed.
Applicants are encouraged to schedule a pre-application meeting by submitting the Pre-Application Meeting application form. An application must be provided to the City of Madras Community Development Department by 12:00 P.M. seven (7) business days prior to the Development Team meeting date.
